How can you help them significantly?

Thorough but gentle make-up removal

Never go to bed with your eye makeup on. Instead of scrubbing and rubbing, use an oil-based makeup remover – gently apply it to a cotton pad, place it on your eyelid, leave it on for a while, and then wipe it down. This will reduce breakage and eyelash loss.
