This holiday is old. Really old. It's been celebrated since the 7th century, but the first mentions date back much further \u2013 to the 2nd century. And its essence? One single moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The moment when, according to Christian tradition, Archangel Gabriel<\/a> He came to Mary and announced to her that she would conceive a child. Not just any child. But Jesus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And now be careful \u2013 it's not just the "what" that's important.
