I do everything automatically \u2013 morning coffee, brushing my teeth, getting dressed \ud83d\ude07<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-90c20b75\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">One hand is shaking and <a href=\"https:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lev%C3%A1ctv%C3%AD\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">second<\/a>?<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>She just assists as if she were at a spa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I say to myself: <em>\u201e&quot;Do I want to turn into a robot when I&#039;m old?&quot;\u201c<\/em> I don&#039;t want to! We try to focus on a hundred things at once, but the result? We&#039;re not focused on even one. Our brains tend to run to lists of things we still have to buy or things we should have done a long time ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-d9b739f9\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">And this is a stop sign! \ud83d\uded1<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>I discovered that there is enormous potential in our &quot;less skillful&quot; hand. Not only for concentration, but also for inner well-being and peace of mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-ea990b8f\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Neuroplasticity \u2013 Wisdom with a Blade \ud83d\udc8e<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Have you heard about <strong>neuroplasticity<\/strong>? It&#039;s the amazing ability of the brain to change and adapt. When you start using your non-dominant hand:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>You activate other parts of the brain:<\/strong> Those who normally snore during automatic activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>You force your brain into action:<\/strong> This \u201euncomfortable\u201c activity brings you back to the present moment. It\u2019s a small, non-violent mindfulness practice that we women over 50 really need.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-62068137\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">My left hand on a first date\u2026 \ud83d\udc83<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/velkeholky.org\/en\/leden-a-unor-kdyz-ledviny-volaji-o-pomoc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Experts <\/a>(for example, from the University of Florida) they mainly recommend writing \u2013 supposedly 15 minutes a day. Well, I tried it and\u2026 honestly? It almost made me aggressive! My hand acts like it&#039;s on its first date \u2013 clumsy, confused, and mixing up sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-63f87052\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">But that&#039;s the point!
