So the question is not <strong>&quot;How can I live to see this?&quot;<\/strong>, but <strong>&quot;How can I live through this with dignity and in shape?&quot;<\/strong>And that&#039;s what longevity is all about - the art of aging in a way that makes it worth it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-59f32cfa\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">1.<strong>Longevity isn&#039;t just about food\u2014although it&#039;s damn important.<\/strong><\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Yes, diet plays a key role. But it&#039;s not just what we eat, it&#039;s also when we eat and how much we put into our bodies. It all revolves around <em>metabolic flexibility<\/em>, the body&#039;s ability to burn both carbohydrates and fats. And do you know what destroys it the most? Permanent overeating! And most importantly \u2013 strength is not just for show, it protects the body from injuries. So the more muscles, the less chance of a fracture in a fall. Stress \u2013 the silent killer of longevity<\/strong><\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Do you want to live a long life? Then get rid of stress. Cortisol (the stress hormone) is a disaster for our body. It destroys immunity, causes fat storage (especially in the belly!) and accelerates aging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What about it?
