In a smart, funny, and most importantly realistic way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-dcd6ce02\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong> How to endure it<\/strong>? <strong>You don&#039;t need a torture chamber, but a movement that will entertain you<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>When you think of exercise, what comes to mind? Some kind of hellhole full of dumbbells, sweaty people, and trainers shouting \u201cMAKE IT BURN\u201d? Forget it! The goal is not just to \u201cget your blood pumping,\u201d but to move in a way that will be fun and effective at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 <strong><em>Tip: Find an activity that you enjoy. And if there isn&#039;t one? Well, that means you haven&#039;t tried everything yet!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-b738933e\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong> Classic or something extra? When it comes to exercising, do it in style!<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two types of people:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714 Classics who love yoga, running, <a href=\"https:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Posilov%C3%A1n%C3%AD\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">strength training<\/a> or swimming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714 Experimenters who want to try something different!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Unusual sports worth trying<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 Belly dancing \u2013 Ideal for strengthening your core and self-confidence. Plus, when else is it legal to shake your butt? \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 Piloxing \u2013 A combination of boxing, pilates and dance. Yes, it exists and yes, it&#039;s divine!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 Aqua spinning \u2013 If you have to pedal on an exercise bike, at least do it in water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 Strength gymnastics for adults \u2013 Because handstands are not just for kids!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 Crossfit for 50+ \u2013 Don&#039;t be fooled, in the USA women over 50 are already competing and they look amazing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-90dec2e9\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">\ud83d\udca1 <strong><em>Tip: If you don&#039;t enjoy a particular sport, don&#039;t despair. Just try another one. Who said you have to find &quot;the right one&quot; on the first try?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-fb785ee7\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong> Age doesn&#039;t matter, discipline does!<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBut I&#039;m old enough for that\u2026\u201d \u2013 STOP! This sentence is officially banned! Sport is not just about youth, it&#039;s about health. And the sooner we give up on it, the worse it will be for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 Tip: The key is not to exercise like crazy once a month and then die of pain, but to exercise regularly and sensibly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714 Start with your own body weight \u2013 learn how to squat properly before jumping to dumbbells.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714 Combine sports \u2013 nothing is as healthy as variety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714 Don&#039;t be afraid of strength training \u2013 muscles hold the body together and burn fat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-a7d72090\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong>It goes better together<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Exercising in a group is often motivating. Knowing you&#039;ll disappoint someone by skipping your workout will give you a better chance of sticking it out.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>And if none of your friends believe you&#039;ll ACTUALLY start exercising - get a dog. Because it will simply PULL you out in the morning, even if you don&#039;t feel like it.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-ea9a3f39\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong>Beware of the \u201cI\u2019ll start tomorrow\u201d and \u201cI have to have the equipment\u201d traps<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI can\u2019t start working out until I buy some proper leggings and a sports bra!\u201d (we all say that sometimes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 <strong><em>Reality: All you need is determination and sneakers. You can even exercise in a regular T-shirt and sweatpants.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What about the excuse, \u201cI\u2019ll start tomorrow\u201d? Well\u2026 if you don\u2019t do it now, tomorrow will become a week from now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714 Start today. Just walk around the house. Or stretch in front of the TV. Exercise doesn&#039;t have to mean the gym - you can also exercise in a fun way!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714 Dance \u2013 Salsa, zumba, belly dancing or just a home dance party in the living room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714 Walking \u2013 So underrated, yet so perfect! Just try to take a little walk every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714 Swimming \u2013 It relaxes your back and joints, and you don&#039;t have to sweat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714 Stretching or yoga \u2013 Great for strengthening the body and relieving stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Common motivation?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#039;s face it, motivation is unreliable. Discipline is more than motivation. If you rely on your mood to exercise, you&#039;ll give up sooner or later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-695a4719\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">\ud83d\udca1 <strong><em>Don&#039;t wait for motivation, just do it. Write your workouts in your diary and treat them as an appointment with your own health.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>And most importantly \u2013 don&#039;t be hard on yourself! If you miss one, the world won&#039;t fall apart.
