What’s This Blog About?

It’s about us – women who’ve lived through a lot, but still carry that spark of youth and the thrill of discovery.

Not even from the things we don’t fully understand – but that fascinate us all the more. Like modern tech. (Just recently, I had to Google what “skibidi” means… and honestly? I still don’t get it! 😄) We’ll talk about how we used to see things, how we see them now – and where we’re headed. What’s changed with age (besides our taste in men, makeup, and of course – hairstyles)?
And what still keeps us entertained, even though the world feels like it’s spinning faster than ever.

We'll also add the topic of longevity – how to live as long, as well, and as joyfully as possible.
Yes, we’ll dive into technology – because we’re not getting left behind while the world races ahead with AI, smartwatches, and robot assistants.
And we’ll talk about anything that inspires, pisses us off, makes us laugh or fires us up.
Because being a Big Girl today means living fully – with awareness, freedom, and grace.

Because now, nothing’s stopping us. The kids are grown. Work’s (kind of) under control. And suddenly we’ve got space – to be free, to try things, even to go a little wild – without guilt for not getting dinner ready by 6 (or even by 8 😄).

Retirement – that magical time when we’ll finally have time for everything we’ve always wanted. (Unless the government moves the retirement age again… 🙄) Some of us are already enjoying that golden status – others are still earning their stripes. Me? My plans are BIG. Even if I’m not crazy about the number that comes with them.

Movies, books, music – no limits here. I live for old-school rock (AC/DC, always!),but I’ll jam to modern stuff too. Same with movies – I’m into deep dramas, silly comedies, even “bad” B-movies that just hit the spot. Books? They just have to have that something – the kind of magic that grabs you and won’t let go.

A mix of womanly themes – light, deep, spicy, silly – and always real.

But don’t expect a new post every day. Procrastination is definitely my middle name 😄 Still – when I do write, I promise it’ll be worth your while. (And yes – I’ve got my sister as my unofficial board of directors. She won’t let me slack off. But more on that later 😉)
