"Even in the darkest night, a spark remains. Sometimes you find it only at the bottom."

A positive message about overcoming setbacks, accepting karma/fate, and inner strength. An inspiration for every woman rising back to her feet.

For all the fragile souls who sometimes need a reminder of their strength…

Life’s unexpected turns, sudden detours, and the bumps along the way

We all know the feeling. One day you wake up, look out the window at a bright blue sky and think, “Today is going to be beautiful!” And then your phone rings… and life throws in a little “surprise.” Those unexpected twists that show up just when you’re going full speed, the sharp turns no one marked on the map.

But what if I told you a little secret? You can get through it – all of it. You just have to want it. (And no, this isn’t some quote from a motivational poster with a sunset… although it totally could be!) 🌅😉

Our mind – our best friend and our worst enemy.

Imagine you have two little characters in your head. One is called Fear, the other Trust. Fear loves to wear black glasses and sees disasters everywhere, while Trust just smiles and says, “Come on, we’ve got this!”

Now comes the fun math of life: Over 85% of our problems are created by our own thinking.

Our logical mind is like an overworked movie director, turning a tiny ant into a horror-movie monster. “And now let’s add some dramatic music… and make it the size of a house!” the director in our head shouts.

But you know what? That ant is still just an ant.

Karma isn’t some evil aunt – she’s just an honest accountant.

Many people think they can outrun their past. That they can dodge it like a tax collector or grandma asking, “So, when are you finally getting a partner?” But the past always catches up. It’s like that one friend who remembers all your most embarrassing stories from your youth — and brings them up right when you're trying to impress someone new.

Karma doesn’t work with emotions, she doesn’t have bad days or migraines – she’s simply the universe’s accountant. What we put in, she calculates. And sometimes it takes 5, 10, even 20 years before she hands us the final invoice.

How to Stop Being a Prisoner of Your Own Mind

We all know that feeling—when thoughts race through our head like a wild herd of mustangs. When negative thoughts swarm us like annoying mosquitoes on a summer night?

"No one—not even your worst enemy, ex-partner, or family—can hurt you as deeply as your own negative thoughts."

We’re not prisoners of our mind! We are its CEOs, directors, and sole owners. We decide which thoughts get VIP access to our life and which ones stay behind the velvet rope.

When negativity creeps in, take a deep breath and tell yourself: “What isn’t mine doesn’t belong to me—I let it go.” Repeat it as your daily mantra.

And if your mind longs for more peace and joy, try these daily affirmations —maybe you’ll find the one that lights up your day.

Flashes of Light in the Tunnel of Life

Každý člověk, kterého potkáme, nám přináší lekci.

You know what’s interesting? We’re not random tourists in the foreign city of life. The universe connects us with people who hold up a mirror, so we can see ourselves from new angles.

Every person we meet brings us a lesson. Even that annoying neighbor who's winning the contest for the most ridiculous garden gnomes. Even that coworker who always grabs the last piece of cake in the kitchen. Even that ex who showed us exactly what we don’t want in life.

About a Loss That Cannot Be Carried – Only Lived Through

The loss of someone we love isn’t just It’s a physical pain– one that grips the chest, shakes the body, and shatters the inner world. We have to live through it.No matter how hard we try, we can’t skip it, go around it, or explain it away.We have to live through it. And it hurts differently than a broken heart. With love lost, we sometimes manage to say: “Maybe it was meant to be.”But when someone we loved with our whole soul leaves us – forever – there are no answers. Only questions.

Why now? Why her? Why do I have to stay?

…“Why, God, help me, I can’t do this, not like this…”

And in the silence, one final plea rises: “Please, give her back to me…”
But the answer never comes.
And so we’re left with one thing – to take a slow breath,
and try to go on living – not because it stopped hurting,
but because the love they gave us deserves it.

  • 🌧️ “Tears are the rain that washes the soul. And sometimes, in the rain, the most beautiful parts of us begin to grow.”
  • 🌙 “Crying doesn’t mean we’re broken. It means we’ve decided not to hold it in any longer.”
  • 🕊️ “Tears are not weakness. They’re cleansing. And after the tears, comes peace – just like the sun after the storm.”

"Let’s be our own lighthouse."

Buďme svým vlastním majákem Temnota byla, je a bude - stejně jako světlo.

Darkness has been, is, and always will be – just like light. Sometimes, it may feel like the darkness is winning. That there’s more of it. That it swallows everything around. But each of us can be our own lighthouse.

We don’t have to be like that sad little fridge magnet that says:

"Keep calm and carry on"- Accept what is. Let go of what was. And have faith in what will be.

We can be the real light that shines even in the darkest night. Because within each of us, there is JOY – the only force we can truly trust, the one from which real light is born.

Let’s be the lighthouse that lights the way – for ourselves and for others. And remember – even if it seems like the storm will never end, morning always comes.

With love to all the fragile, yet powerful souls out there…❣😘
