Affirmation – „6/10“
What is it?
Short sentences in the present tense that reinforce your mindset. E.g. „"I am healthy, wealthy and happy."“
What are they used for?
They help you maintain a positive mindset, once you set it up (e.g. using visualization).
When do they work?
If they do you believe. If you say them mechanically, without emotion, they have less impact.
Tip for the Big Girl: Use them in the morning (e.g. during skincare) and at night before bed - in conjunction with your breath or a mirror.

Visualization – „10/10“
What is it?
Imagining your goal as ready-made realities – with emotions, colors, details. The brain does not distinguish between imagination and reality, so Through visualization, you tune your subconscious.
What is it used for?
On manifestation of specific things, situations, feelings. Visualization creates an "energy imprint" of the future in your head → and then subconsciously guides you towards it.
When does it work?
When you do that regularly and consciously. The key is EMOTION – it can't just be an image, you have to feel it.
High vibration – „5/10“
What is it?
A state where you are attuned to feelings of joy, love, gratitude, and peace.
„"Vibration" is just a spiritual term for your internal state – emotional-mental attunement.
What is it used for?
When you have a high vibration → you attract more "good things" because your brain (and actions) function positively and confidently.
Why only 5/10?
Because it is difficult to maintain for a long time – Life throws challenges. But in the short term it can kickstart your manifestation.
Tip: Music, movement, nature, laughter = they raise your vibration immediately!

SATS – „11/10“
(State Akin To Sleep = a state similar to sleep - concept by Neville Goddard)
What is it?
Mental technique: just before falling asleep You imagine your dream reality as if it was already real. The brain in this state (alpha-theta waves) is extremely receptive → The subconscious mind takes it as a given reality.
What is it used for?
For the fastest manifestation. When you learn to hold a specific image in SATS = you create a very strong imprint on the subconscious.
How to do it?
Lie down in bed at night, relax, and instead of scrolling, play a scene that happens AFTER you already have what you want. (For example, "you are holding the keys to the house, hugging someone who congratulates you," etc.)
